We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility:
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item.
4. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
